    Why did you get into fitness/training?

    I have been involved with athletics my whole life.  Then when I went to college, I fell into the party scene and my activity level went way down.  I saw the pounds pack on and then I got to the point where I had enough and I needed to change!  I was teaching at the time and our first child was on the way when I decided to really get into fitness.  I started seeing the changes and regaining my athletic abilities.  Not too long after, I decided it was time for a career change and left the education world to open up Rip’N Ronnie’s Fitness to help those that wanted to improve their lives as well as provide a place in Ponoka to do so!

    What is your favorite exercise?

    The DEADLIFT!  In my opinion, this is the grandfather of all movements and one of the most impressive lifts! 

    What are your hobbies?

    I enjoy training for obstacle races and competing in these as well. Basketball has always been my love and playing all types of sports with my kids!

    What are your goals?

    I want to continue to provide a top notch facility for Ponoka to improve their personal fitness goals as well as set a good example for my kids. I’d like to continue to improve my fitness levels and stay competitive in the OCR world.

    What is you cheat meal?

    Burgers and Beer!
