Throughout the summer, watch for 'random' fitness classes to try out:
*$5/class for current R2 Members or $10/class for non-members. A minimum participation is required for each class to run and there is a maximum amount taken too. Contact Sheldon for more information and/or to register. Pre-registration required.
Clean & Press (Thursday, July 21 @ 5:45pm - 6:45pm)
This class will tackle the Clean & Press form/technique then we'll put that skill into practice with a WOD (workout of the day) untilizing the "C & P" in that workout too.
Black & Yellow (Thursday, July 14 @ 5:45pm-6:45pm)
This class will consist of a combination of TRX Suspension training and X-Biking (indoor cycling).
Deadlift 101 (Monday, July 11 @ 5:45pm-6:45pm)
This class will tackle the Deadlift form/technique then we'll put that skill into practice with a WOD (workout of the day) untilizing the Deadlift in that workout too.

We would like to celebrate our local talent here at R2. So, if you have an athletic accomplishment that you are particularly proud of and willing to share, we want you!
It can be anything from losing 10lbs., gained 10lbs of muscle, conquering your first obstacle race, body building competition, running your first 5km, etc. If R2 helped, we want to celebrate you…
All we require from you is a photo (ex. Before/After, Crossing the Finish Line, etc.) and if you want, a brief description!
